Automatically number titles in reports

You can automatically number the titles of the individual sections in your report.

The numbering is only displayed schematically in your report definition. In the report, the numbering is displayed in line with the style you set.

Prerequisite

You have the Report management function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Configuration.

  2. Click Report definitions in the Configuration bar.

  3. Open a report definition or create a new report definition.

  4. Display the Format tab bar.

  5. Click Properties Report properties.

  6. Specify your settings.

    Enable the Automatically number titles option.

  7. Click OK.

The numbering of the titles in your report is automatically adjusted.
