Set column width of tables in reports
You can set the column width of tables in your report definition.
With the mouse, drag the separators between the columns to the desired position, or specify the column width in millimeters (mm).
If you wan to hide a column in the table, enter zero millimeters as the column width. The contents is preserved and you can display the column in the published report as an MS Excel table.
To show a hidden column again, specify a value larger than zero millimeters for the column width.
If a table column is already hidden in the favorite (width = 0) it is also hidden in the report definition when you add the favorite.
Prerequisite
You have the Report management function privilege.
Click PPM > Configuration.
Click Report definitions in the Configuration bar.
Right-click in a table and select Adjust column width.
Enter your changes.
Click OK.
The changed settings are transferred to your report definition.
