Collapse section view

You can reduce the display of a section to one line in your report definition. This enables you to create a clearly arranged view of your report definition or hide already defined sections.

Prerequisite

You have the Report management function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Configuration.

  2. Click Report definitions in the Configuration bar.

  3. Open a report definition or create a new report definition.

  4. In the Structure column of the section click Button right Collapse.

The view of the section is reduced to one line. In the Contents column of the secion, three points are displayed if contents is included in the section.

To expand the section again, click the Expand (Button down) button in the Structure column of the section.
