Set paragraph format in reports

You can customize the paragraph format in your report. You can set the following paragraph formats for various elements, such as analysis components, data and function fields, or text:

Spacing, Indentation, Alignment, Reference, and Cell.

Prerequisite

You have the Report management function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Configuration.

  2. Click Report definitions in the Configuration bar.

  3. Open a report definition or create a new report definition.

  4. Display the Format tab bar.

  5. Click Paragraph.

  6. Specify your settings.

  7. Click OK.

The paragraph format is adapted in line with your settings.

Tip

Some formats can be set using the tab bar.
