What status can your planned value definitions have?
By comparing the actual measure values with the planned values, PPM enables you to identify weak spots in processes and also to establish an automated early-alert system for your processes.
Your planned value definitions can have the following status:
Before saving the planned value table
New: | The planned value definition has just been created and has not yet been saved. |
Changed: | The planned value definition has been changed. The changes have not yet been saved. |
Uneditable: | You cannot edit the planned value definition as you do not have the required data access privileges. |
After saving the planned value table
Correct: | Your entries are correct. The planned value definition has been saved. |
Invalid: | Your entries are insufficient or incorrect. The planned value definition has not been saved. |
Double: | A planned value definition already exists, which is identical in terms of process assignment, measure, filter, and filter value. The planned value definition has not been saved. |
Uneditable: | You cannot edit the planned value definition as you do not have the required data access privileges. |
