Change planned value definitions using the wizard

By comparing the actual measure values with the planned values, PPM enables you to identify weak spots in processes and also to establish an automated early-alert system for your processes.

The Planned Value Definition Wizard supports you in changing planned values. The wizard applies the relation and process type group or process type set in the planned value table to the planned value that you want to change.

Prerequisite

You have the Planned value management function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Configuration.

  2. Click Planned values in the Configuration bar.

  3. In the planned values table, right-click a planned value and select Edit Edit planned value definition.

  4. Specify your settings and click Finish.

The changed planned value definition is available in the measure analysis.

Alternatively, you can edit planned value definitions in the editor window.
