Change planned value definitions in the editor window

You can change the existing planned value definition settings later.

Prerequisite

You need the Planned value management function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Configuration.

  2. Click Planned values in the Configuration bar.

  3. Display the Base tab bar.

  4. Click Edit Edit. You can now work with planned value management.

  5. Select an element in the process tree to choose the processes for which you want to edit planned value definitions.

  6. Click in the cell you want to change in the planned value definition, and specify your settings. The same editing options are available as for defining new planned values.

  7. Click Save Save.

The Status column indicates whether the planned value definition has been saved: The changed planned value definitions are available in the measure analysis.

You can also change planned value definitions using the Planned Value Definition Wizard.
