Introduction to process instance-independent measures
In the Data input component of the Configuration module you can enter user-defined process instance-independent measures.
Measures often have no process reference (for example, turnover or customer satisfaction) and are therefore called process instance-independent measures. They are not retrieved automatically from a source system with current processes, but imported independently or recorded manually and entered into PPM.
