Evaluate risk of an activity
You can submit risk evaluations for an activity.

Click PPM > Modules > Improvements.
Click an activity in the Continuous business improvement list.
Display the Base tab bar.
Click Answer > Evaluate risk.
Enter your evaluation in the Risk evaluation box.
In the Link box you can specify a URL for a document containing more details.
If you want the agent to be notified by external e-mail as well, enable the Also inform agent via external e-mail check box. This option is only available if both the agent's and your e-mail address are specified in user management.
Click OK.
In the Reactions column, users involved can see that there is one or more reactions relating to the activity, and can view them in the detail view of the activity.
