Identify process instances
You can display a table providing an overview of all process instances in which a particular relation or activity occurs.

Create a Function Flow diagram.
To display the process instances for a relation between activities, right-click a connection and select Display process instance table.
To display the process instances for an activity, right-click a function symbol and select Display process instance table.
The option is only available for activities if the activity consists of further activities or a user-defined step width is specified.
A process instance table for the selected element is displayed.
