Create activity analysis

You can use Activity analysis to investigate the relationship between organizational units and activities or processes. You determine the task range of the organizational units and evaluate them in terms of time, costs and quality.

  1. Display the PPM start page.

  2. Under Analysis realms, double-click Interaction analysis.

  3. Interaction analysis opens on a separate tab.

  4. Display the Base tab bar.

  5. Click New document New.

  6. Double-click the Activity analysis button.

  7. Specify your settings and click Finish.

As soon as you exit the wizard by clicking Finish, the results of your analyses are displayed in the analysis area. The result of your analysis is displayed in the form of a diagram or a table depending on your selection.

Numerous analysis methods are available to perform a more in-depth activity analysis.
