Create communication analysis
You can use the communication analysis to examine the relations of organizational units among each other and to evaluate the communication structure and cooperation between the individual organizational units.

Display the PPM start page.
Under Analysis realms, double-click Interaction analysis.
Interaction analysis opens on a separate tab.
Display the Base tab bar.
Click
New.Double-click
Communication analysis.Specify your settings and click Finish.
As soon as you exit the wizard by clicking Finish, the results of your analyses are displayed in the analysis area.
