Create ABC classifications

With ABC classifications you can group the individual values of a dimension with regard to a particular numerical measure.You can use the ABC classification as a dimension in any analysis. For dynamic ABC classifications you can run a movement analysis.

Prerequisite

You have the Advanced analysis management function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Configuration.

  2. Click ABC classifications under User-defined measures in the Configuration bar.

  3. Display the Base tab bar.

  4. Click New document Create ABC classification.

  5. Specify your settings and click Finish.

The new ABC classification is displayed in the ABC classifications list.

Your new ABC classification is added below the reference dimension in the Dimensions bar and can be displayed by clicking the corresponding symbol.
