How are top-flop analyses structured?
Top-flop analyses allow you to display the best (tops) and worst (flops) values of a measure for a dimension. You are free to decide which values you want to display, for example, the three best and worst values or the five best and the single worst in each case.
You can add other dimensions and measures to the top-flop analysis. Additional measures are ignored for purposes of sorting the top-flop, they are merely used to present additional information. You can further edit the top-flop analysis in the same way as any measure analysis, by setting up a filter for example. If you are using exactly one measure and one dimension in your top-flop analysis, you can also display them for example, as a 2D column or bar chart.
As soon as you remove the measure for which the top-flop analysis was run, the top-flop analysis is converted back to a normal analysis.
