Identify conspicuous data areas

You can use Process Mining to identify suspected deviations and weak spots in your processes. Process Mining automatically identifies conspicuous fluctuations in measure values for particular dimensions.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Open one of the Process analysis or Interaction analysis analysis realms or one of the Instance controlling or Improvement modules.

  2. Display the Base tab bar.

  3. Click New document New.

  4. Double-click Process mining Process mining.

  5. Select the Suspected deviations aspect.

  6. Specify your settings and click Finish.

    Default settings are used for all the settings you have not made.

As soon as you exit the wizard by clicking Finish, the results of your analyses are displayed in the analysis area.

You can display details for the results and then run Process Mining in detail.

To conveniently transfer your current analysis settings into the Process Mining Wizard, open the wizard by clicking Process mining Run Process mining.
