Introduction to Process Mining
You can use Process Mining to identify suspected deviations and weak spots in your processes. Process Mining automatically identifies conspicuous fluctuations in measure values for particular dimensions.
You can select non-specific Process Mining across all data in order to obtain initial starting points, or you can limit Process Mining to particular measures and dimensions.
In Process Mining, each dimension value of the selected dimensions is analyzed separately for each selected measure. The result is displayed in the form of a table.
