Display SAP executables for particular process instances
You can call an SAP executable including associated data for one or multiple process instances of a process instance table.
For various process instances of your PPM system, you can define particular executables from your SAP system that you can call directly from PPM and display in the SAP user interface.
Prerequisite
You have SAP access and an SAP client on your computer.
You configured your PPM system in a way that the SAP executable call is available.
Your analysis is displayed as a process instance table.

Open your analysis with a process instance table.
In the process instance table, select one or more process instances. To select all process instances, click in the table and press Ctrl + A.
Right-click the selection and under SAP executables, select an executable that you want to display.
The corresponding transaction of the selected process instances are displayed in your SAP user interface.
