Export tables to Excel
You can export list tables, crosstabs, process instance and function instance tables to the Microsoft® Excel format and save them as XLS or XLSX files.

Prerequisite
You display your analysis as a list table, crosstab, process instance table or function instance table.
Procedure. Procedure
Display the Base tab bar.
Click
Export to Excel.Select the folder to which you want to save the file and enter a name.
Click Save.
The table is exported and saved as an XLS or XLSX file.
