Export process instances
You can export individual or multiple process instances from your process instance table as an XML file.
Prerequisite
Your analysis is displayed as a process instance table.
Select the process instances you want to export. To select all process instances, click in the table and press Ctrl + A.
Right-click your selection and select Export.
Click Selected process instances as XML file.
Define whether you want to export assignments by activating the appropriate option button. If applicable, enter an assignment level.
Select the folder to which you want to save the file and enter a file name.
Select the file format. You can save the export file as an XML file in PPM graph format.
Click OK.
The selected process instances are saved as an XML file.
You can export multiple process instances as an aggregated EPC.
