Sort crosstabs
You can sort the content of the rows and columns in your crosstab.
Prerequisite
Your analysis is displayed as a crosstab.
Procedure. Procedure
Click a row field or column field.
The associated measure values are sorted alphabetically in ascending or descending order.
The field is marked by a sort symbol:
Ascending (
)Descending (
)
To switch between ascending and descending order, click the row or column header again.
You can specify the sort direction for each individual row field and column field.
