Display missing process instances in process instance tables

You can define whether process instances without specified measures of the Number calculation type are to be displayed in a process instance table or not. You can enter the value 0 for the non-specified measures and thus display them in the process instance table.

Process instances without a measure value (for example, because no process took place in a certain period) are not displayed in the process instance table. For the process instances to be displayed, PPM automatically enters the value 0 for the measure value of a certain number of process instances. For system performance reasons, a maximum number of process instances with a value is specified in the file keyindicator_settings.properties.

Warning

If you select Yes here, all measure values that are not specified are assigned the value 0. This can result in significant system performance loss.
