Set ad hoc filter sort order

You can specify the sort order of the text dimensions in the Filter bar.

If you use text dimensions as a filter criterion and display their frequencies, you can sort the filter values alphabetically or by frequency.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Set text dimensions as filter criteria in the Filter bar.

  2. In the header of a text dimension, click Button step Change sort order to change to alphabetical sorting.

  3. In the header of a text dimension, click Sort alphabetically.png Change sort order to change to sorting by frequency.

The filter values are displayed in the sort mode you selected.
