Set processes
You can specify the process instances for which dimensions and measures are to be analyzed. By selecting particular process instances, you automatically restrict the measures and dimensions that are available for the selected process instances.
Your process instance settings will also be automatically applied to all panels in a multi-panel analysis.
Process instances always have a specific process type (
), for example, Standard order. Multiple process types can be combined into a process type group (), for example, Order processing. The process tree also contains the functions (
) that are carried out in the processes. By selecting a function the process instances containing the function are evaluated, for example, the function Post goods issue of the process type Standard order.
The Processes bar is not available in Data analytics analysis realms.
Display the Processes bar.
Select a process type (
) or a process type group () whose process instances you want to analyze.If required, select one or multiple functions (
), as well, in order to analyze the process instances associated with them. Use the Ctrl key to select multiple functions.
Your settings are applied directly to your current analysis.
