Add dimensions
You can add more dimensions to be analyzed to your current analysis.
Dimensions are assigned to particular dimension groups to obtain a better overview.
You can also use certain measures as dimensions in analyses.
User-defined dimensions are arranged below the reference dimension they are based on and can be displayed by clicking the corresponding symbol.
Display the View tab bar.
Click
Dimensions.The Dimensions bar is shown.
Click
Dimension grouping.On the Dimensions bar, a box for selecting dimension groups is shown.
Select a dimension group from the selection box.
Right-click a dimension and select Add dimension.
The selected dimension is added to your current analysis.
If necessary, the display type of your analysis changes, depending on the number of set dimensions and measures.
Tip
You can search for a dimension in the dimension group displayed. To do this, enter the initial letters of the dimension in the Find box.
