Use clipboard
In the Clipboard panel, you can store your current analyses and access them across analysis realms. You can also save your queries as favorites, create benchmarks, create PDF files, or use your analysis settings as a template. Your saved queries are displayed as thumbnails and are available during your PPM session.
The Clipboard tab bar is available only if the Clipboard panel is shown.
Simple analysis
Display the Clipboard tab bar.
Click the Add button.
Your current analysis is displayed as a thumbnail in the Clipboard panel.
You can change the sequence of thumbnails by selecting a thumbnail and dragging it with the mouse to the required position in the bar.
Multi-panel analysis
If you configured a multi-panel analysis you can transfer the entire multi-panel analysis or individual panels to the Clipboard panel. If you set an interactive filter the filter is transferred, as well. The values filtered out and colored in gray are no longer displayed when you display the panel again.
Display the Clipboard tab bar.
Click a panel that you want to transfer to the Clipboard.
In the tab bar, click Add to transfer the entire multi-panel analysis to the clipboard.
In the tab bar, click Apply filtered to transfer the individual panel to the clipboard.
The entire multi-panel analysis or the selected panel is transferred to the Clipboard. If set, any interactive filter is transferred, as well.
If you want to view your analysis again, double-click the relevant thumbnail in the Clipboard panel. The analysis is displayed in the analysis realm.
If you want to remove an analysis from the Clipboard panel, select the corresponding thumbnail in the Clipboard panel and click the Delete (
) button.You can undo the thumbnail selection by clicking in the general clipboard area.

You can also use the Clipboard panel to:
compare multiple analyses in one benchmark.
simultaneously create multiple analyses as favorites.
use the settings of an analysis as a template.
create a PDF file for one or more analysis.
