Make favorites available to other users
You can also make your favorites available to other users as a copy. If you subsequently edit the favorite, the change does not affect its copies. Likewise, if a user edits a copy, the change has no effect on your favorite.
Procedure. Procedure
In the Favorites bar, right-click a favorite or a folder, and select Distribute.
Select users and user groups to which you want to make the favorite or the folder with all subordinate favorites available as copies.
Click OK.
The favorite or favorite folder is copied to the folder Private favorites\Releases\<source-user>\ in the Favorites bar.
Users can view the favorites in their list by clicking 
Refresh view on the Basis tab bar or by logging in to PPM again.
