Import query
You can import queries available as XML files into PPM and use them as a basis for creating new favorites.
Procedure. Procedure
Select a folder in the Favorites bar, in which you want to create the favorite.
Right-click the folder and select Import query.
Select the XML file containing the query to be imported.
Click OK.
The Create favorite dialog box opens.
Specify your settings.
Click OK.
The new favorite is created in the selected folder with the settings of the imported query.
